Anyone else have that “Oh crap! What am I gonna make for dinner tonight?!?” moment? I do. Nearly every day. And usually halfway through the day.

🍽️ We’ve got the perfect recipe for that moment. Easy! Only a few ingredients that you probably have in your kitchen anyway.

🌟Wow the fam tonight with this one! And add it to your regular rotation.

Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken thighs or breasts
4 garlic gloves, minced
1/3 c honey
½ c ketchup
½ c soy sauce
½ tsp oregano

Directions:
Arrange chicken on bottom of crockpot. Whisk together garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and oregano. Pour over chicken. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours. Pairs nicely with rice (cook rice in rice cooker and set to “hold warm” - dinner is done!).

Who’s got time for an involved dinner? Knock it out with one of these 3️⃣ ingredient recipes:

3️⃣ Ingredient Chicken Tacos 🌮
This recipe is a freaking weeknight dinner dream! I’m sure you’ve already made this, but this is your reminder to break it out again. Truly- set it and forget it!

Ingredients:
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 1/2 C salsa OR 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
• 1 packet of taco seasoning or 2ish Tablespoons

Optional Items to Toss In: diced onion, fresh or frozen corn, cream cheese (at the end to make it creamy) or black beans

Directions:
Toss everything in the crockpot and set to cook until whatever time you need 4 hour, 6 hour or 8 hour setting. Take two forks and shred the chicken after it is cooked.

Serve it in tortillas, in salads, bowls over rice, on chips for kill nachos, whatever- it just makes really awesome flavored chicken.

3️⃣ Ingredient Meatloaf
• 1 lb. extra lean ground turkey
• 1/2 C. BBQ sauce
• 2 oz or more of goat cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 8x8 baking ish with nonstick foil and spray with nonstick spray. Mix all of the ingredients together reserving a little of the BBQ sauce to put on the top after you shape it into a meatloaf. Bake for 23-27 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. * Make sure you do not use a loaf pan for this recipe or it will not work- you have to have a larger dish so it has room to let the juices flow out.

3️⃣ Ingredient Chocolate Protein Muffins

• 1 @fairlife Core Power shake mixed with 2 cups of the @Kodiakcakes Power Cakes mix. Highly recommend adding handful of chocolate chips too. 💃🏽

Spray your muffin tin or cups and bake at 350 for about 14 minutes.

Perfect for a grab and go breakfast as you head out the door or to stick in those lunch boxes for a protein packed dessert.

A sweet tradition to share the love that makes a big impact on your Valentine with hardly any planning and zero money. 💘

You’ve seen this one around before. It’s not a new idea, but it’s a good idea. I found this inspiration during my Pinterest years when my boys were young and have mostly carried it through the last ten years or so. It’s so simple, and so special.🥰

The gist is that each day from February 1st to the 14th you leave a new note saying something you love about that person. The cute Pinterest way is to cut hearts out of construction paper in different colors and sizes and create this beautiful display of love notes on their bedroom door, but you can do this however it works for you. One year, just after we had moved, I just did sticky notes. Both were equally special...one was just cuter. 😊

This doesn’t just have to be for kids. The boys and I did hearts for my husband one year too! We sat down together and divided them up. I loved seeing what they came up with as what they loved and appreciated most about their dad (and their handwriting).😍

Last year when we decided to include our dog, I just handed out hearts after dinner one night and we all took turns writing down what we love most about our Tango. It truly is a great way to really focus in on things that you love about each individual. What the holiday is all about after all! 💕
