Linen Season

Grab your hand steamer, it's linen time! Kate shows us how to wear the light and airy, classy summer fabric and it's giving us all the garden party vibes.

The black linen out fit above is a simple standout. The shoe choice definitely changes it up from a dressier wedge to a simple, camel slip on.

Prinbara Women's Summer Casual 2 Piece Round Neck Crop and Wide Leg Linen Set is Kate's pic that is close to the TJMaxx find that she is wearing. (other colors too).

Loving the comfy, yet dressy Sorel Cameron Flatform Lace Sandals in the first pic.

Everlane's The Day Crossover Sandal wearing in Light Taupe. In Kate's words, "Go to summer sandal staple!!! Want in all colors. A little spendy, but I wear them all the time."

I would've never thought to purchase a linen vest and now I have to have one. Such a cute, light addition to take your outfit up a notch (and cover armpit chub!)

We are also all wanting this Finally Clean Jumpsuit from Hope Ave.

Check out Madewell's Three-Pack Mother of Pearl necklace in all the featured outfits.

Madewell's Button-Front Midi Dress in 100% Linen in the Citrus Lime! Super casual and classy.

It was a little chilly so she paired her's with this Alex Mill Button- Back Crewneck Sweater in Stripe (Mind-blown. I had no idea you could wear this sweater either way, and I already thought it was super cute.)

You will see Kate pair a lot of her looks with the Salt Water Sandals by Hoy Shoes. (On this site they only go up to 9 in Big Kid, but she's a 7/8, so she's good).

This cute and light V-Neck Cardigan in Checkerboard Jacquard from Madewell is on super sale right now, so don't delay if you like this versatile look.

The matching Cami Tank Top in Checkerboard Jacquard is also on mega sale. Great worn together as pictured, or as separates. I wish you could see the fabric in person, it is so pretty and so summery. Check out the links to see what I'm talking about.

These cute Traveler Pants from Hope Ave have a fun slit up the side and can be paired with anything!

She's also rocking her Checkerboard Classic Slip-on Vans which gives the outfit a casual vibe.

Get this Icon Denim Jacket with Washwell from Gap ASAP because it is 50% off! You know you can toss that on with everything all year long.

“Loving the ruffle sleeve lately, you can pair with pants, shorts , a jumpsuit.. you name it! It’s that extra detail that can add a feminine “flare” to any outfit.” - Kate

The Roolee To the Lakes Detail Blouse is an option Kate found similar to what she is wearing because unfortunately hers was sold out.

"Also Roolee is a great website I get a lot of my clothes from!! They have spendy options, but also less expensive options! Best of both worlds…" - Kate

Side note...the sunglasses Kate is wearing are Goodr's None Dollar Pour Over. She is wearing them in the black, but secretly wishes she had the tortoise. At $25, she can get both.

And you have to check out Kate's totally hip mom. She just happened to be wearing linen when they went to lunch this week so we had to share. It's clear where Kate gets her style sense from!
