Costco Prepared Meal Section

It was crystal clear when I polled the Babble Panel about their favorite Costco finds that we are all mega fans of the prepared meal section at Costco, although we all had different go-tos. Through our chats I've learned that there is nothing off limits and nothing that isn't loved from this section (other than the stuffed salmon) so I've personally gotten out of my comfort zone and am trying any and all of it. Best news...dinner just hit the easy button (which you know you need after hauling in all your other Costco goodies).

Let's highlight some of the favorites you may be cruising by and need to hault your cart!

The Chicken Tacos- One mom gets these to keep on hand for hungry teenage boys to munch on for snacks.

Gyros- We had this after a flag football game and all the hungry boys (and mom and dad) really loved them, and there were still leftovers.

Mac & Cheese- My friend's pro tip is to always have this on hand to serve kids at parties (although just watch how many parents are stealing some ooey-gooey goodness too).

Salmon with Herbed Butter- Our family favorite! Pop this baby in the oven and make some rice and a veg and you have such a dreamy weeknight meal.

Stuffed Peppers- this is next on my list to try as it got the most mentions from the Babble Panel.

Great Salads to grab for all the occasions. Picnics, lunching with the ladies, take to a party, dinner side dish.

Chicken Noodle Soup- Kids love it, adults love it and it's great to grab for a sick friend and drop off at their doorstep with some bread.

Chicken Salad- awesome for a lunch sandwich, toss on some lettuce or just put enjoy with a spoon and a sleeve of crackers. I've also served this at a baby shower pre-assembed on crackers and it was a hit!

Chicken Pot Pie- another favorite I personally haven't tried. "Alexa...add Chicken Pot Pie to my Costco list."
