Have you cooked your salmon the cold oven way yet? This takes all the guess work out of dinner. Easy, healthy, delicious, done in 25 minutes.
Directions:
DO NOT PRE-HEAT YOUR OVEN- this is the trick!
Prepare your salmon as you like to. Our favorite is placing the salmon skin side down on an aluminum foil covered cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and then use this fabulous little spice, Salmon Magic, liberally on top. If you have lemons, slice them thinly and place on top of the salmon, otherwise just a squeeze of lemon juice will work perfectly.
Place the salmon in the cold oven and THEN set the temp to 400 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.
That's it! We like to pair ours with rice and veggies. Asparagus or broccoli are favorites.

Trying this for sure...but I worry as my oven seems to take FOREVER to come up to temp (like longer than any other oven I have ever had)....should I add a few more minutes to mine?
