My niece recently turned 13 and has not one, but two Stanley water bottles. Yes they are all the rage and yes, it's a bit weird all the preteens and teens are into such an accessory, but there are worse things in the world than hydration, so I am leaning into it. Let's just face it- we all love these stainless steel, huge size, wide straw insulated water bottles with comfortable handles. So let's all jump on the Stanley bandwagon already, they do seem to be the best water bottles on the market! Don't fight it.
There are a ton of super fun Stanley (or any brand of water tumbler) accessories on Amazon right now. I am going to highlight some of the favorites that I put in her "Soup Out Your Stanley" gift bag that I gave her for her birthday. It's great because you can really customize the gift to whoever the recipient is- there are Taylor Swift items for the Swifties, sports accessories, dance, cowgirl, sparkly items, or you can even select just by their favorite color. This would make such a fun gift for any upcoming teen/tween birthday and you can really stick with whatever budget you want to work within because most of the items are so affordable.
Straw Toppers
Straw toppers are basically straw covers. I love these little cowgirl hats for some reason to top off your Stanley's reusable straw. Maybe it is Beyonce bringing country music front and center, but they make an adorable straw lid. There are an assortment of cute characters and I particularly like the wide variety in this other featured pack so that you can really change it up according to your vibe, plus how fun are those little baby Stanley straw toppers for your own Stanley? Both of these straw cap options are under $10 and that's not bad for something that might just encourage more water intake.
Name Plates
These are so fun to give your tumbler a little personalization right on top by the straw base and drink opening. The T Swift ones are so cute and so perfect for so many girls right now living in their Swiftie Era! At under $5 how could you not? Imagine the excitement (leading to more tumbler love, leading to more water consumption, leading to a generally more hydrated summer).
I also love the the name plate so that you put your/her actual name on the top of your water bottle. Great for younger girls to help keep track of their Stanley drinkware. These took a little longer to receive (a couple of weeks) but you can customize the color, style and of course whatever name or nickname you want to put on them. Price depends on size, but mine was under $20.
Boot Covers
Here's a term and overall item I didn't know existed until last month, but it's kind of great. You know that loud ass noise your Stanley makes every time you set it down and how the bottom can get all scratched and dented? Enter the silicone boot- problem solved. Not only do these boot covers look cool, but they give your Stanley a non-slip, protective surface to stand on.
I love the first honeycomb boot because I could match it to my niece's Stanley (always love me a monochromatic look). This particular link has a lot of different colors to choose from as well as some holiday boots and even a bronze one to really class up your drinking vessel!
The glitter just screams summer fun and again comes in a variety of colors. So thankful my niece has two Stanleys so I was able to soup up two of them at the same time! Double check, but most of them say if they fit in your car cup holders.
Unexpected Awesome
This is where it got really fun and took my gift to the next level. You can personalize and totally girlify your Stanley with a blinged out letter charm for $10. So cute, so girlie. And then really level up your game with the ultimate Stanley snack bowl and live your best life this summer! It looks ridiculous, and is ridiculous, and brings me ridiculous joy when I get a pic of my niece being totally bougie in her backyard lounging with her Stanley snack bowl like some sort of modern day Greek goddess! You can channel that Greek goddess feel for $6.
Carrier Options
If you are like me you cannot even dream about leaving your house without your tumbler. The desert like conditions of the West trained me decades ago. The only way you are going to drink the water is if you have the water with you! There are SO many helpful carriers now for your tumbler depending on how and when you like to have your tumbler at the ready. Is it sporting events, walks, road trips, handsfree to and from the car, the pool, etc.? What do you want to be able to carry with it? Just the water tumbler? Your wallet? Do you need a phone pocket? A place for your pool pass? Check out the options below to see what fits you and your lifestyle the best.
I personally have a Stanley tumbler that has the handle on top too which is my cup of choice for on the go and is probably my favorite Stanley bottle. I also have this exact quilted sling bag and can't wait to take both on our trip to Japan next week hydrating as much as I can in between each glass of Sapporo and sake tasting. :)
Keeping it Chill
You have likely seen these coming across your instagram account on social media by now and if you are like me, been intrigued. These actually look super helpful, especially right as we get into summer. Who doesn't want to keep their water cold during this hot months? This just looks a lot more fun than ice cubes and cold water. This is in my Amazon cart as I type. I've heard enough great things from trusted sources to check it out myself.
I hope your hydration brings you happiness this summer! Put some fun and personalization into and onto your Stanley and think about these fun accessories as gifts for any lady in your life that might appreciate it!
Here are two "souped up Stanleys" in action!
